Effective July 2026. The short version: we collect what you give us to respond to you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a call, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, your business type, and your message. Our website also uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that record aggregate page views, not personal profiles.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare for your strategy call, and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Submissions are delivered to our inbox and may be logged in our customer relationship management system. If you check the SMS consent box, we may text you about your inquiry; reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make this site work: hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and our CRM. Each processes your data solely to provide those services to us. We may also use AI-assisted screening to filter spam from legitimate inquiries.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept as long as they're useful for serving you, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Email hello@solvv.ai to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll act on the request promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
